Creek Pirate Return & Replacement Policy
Ahoy, Pirate! We want you grinning like you just discovered buried treasure when your order arrives. Because Creek Pirate sails on Printify’s Print-on-Demand waters, all products are custom-made just for you. That means we don’t offer traditional refunds—but fear not! If you receive a damaged item or something completely different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “shiver me timbers.”

Why no refunds?
Every Creek Pirate tee, mug, or hat is printed to order for you. Once production starts, we can’t “un-print” it! We also don’t want unsold product to end up in a landfill, so print on demand is the way to avoid that. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
In the very rare event your gear arrives scratched, torn, misprinted, or not the “Creek Pirate” swag you ordered, simply let us know. We’ll send you a fresh replacement—no extra curses required.
- How to Request a Replacement
Timeframe
Alert us within 10 days of delivery. Beyond that, we may have sailed too far from harbor to help.
Proof, Matey
Snap a clear photo of the issue (e.g., a tee with a pirate skull missing its eyepatch).

A brief description of what went awry
Your photo(s) of the damaged or wrong item
Once we’ve confirmed the problem, we’ll hoist the replacement order at no extra cost to you.

Lost packages that the carrier marks “delivered” more than 10 days ago

- Shipping Costs & Timing
We cover all shipping costs for approved replacements.
Once your replacement is in the galley, expect it to arrive within 7–14 business days (weather and sea-monster encounters permitting).
